Ingredients
- 5 chicken breasts
- 10 slices of bacon
- 2 tablespoons thyme (dried)
- 1 tablespoon oregano (dried)
- 1 tablespoon rosemary (dried)

This is an incredibly easy recipe and the fat rendered from the bacon will keep the chicken breast moist.
Shred the chicken with two forks by roughly pulling it apart. Cut the bacon up and stir through before serving.
- Slice the bacon into strips, or dice it so that it mixes well with the other ingredients.
- Place all the ingredients into a slow cooker pot at the same time.
- Mix together.
- Cook on the low-temperature setting for 8 hours or high for 3 hours.
