What If I Don't Like...?

The relaxed carnivore meal plan is 90% carnivore and is ideal for you if you don't have any known autoimmune issues but you just don't feel right. Maybe you suffer from unstable energy levels or are prone to mood swings. The 90% carnivore meal plan is designed to get you back on the straight and narrow but without the need for such a strict protocol.

Keto- carnivore is 80-90% animal based and where most followers of the carnivore diet end up.
