Strict Carnivore Meal Plan

The 100% strict carnivore meal plan is for you if you have an autoimmune issue or health problems you'd like to resolve. The strictest version of the diet includes meat, salt and water. It's designed to completely reset and heal the gut while simultaneously providing you with all the nutrients you need to stay functional and healthy.

Week 1

Week 1's focus is very much on the meat and organs of ruminant animals, salt, water and black coffee only. Week 1 is tricky so we've also outlined some tips and tricks to help you get over the adaption period and stay the course.

Week 2

Week 2 is very similar to week 1 with the addition of fats from ruminant animals. In week 1 we keep fats lower to help the gallbladder keep up with enzyme demand. In week 2, we'll add some poultry, suet and tallow.

Week 3

Week 3 is where things get more interesting. We'll be adding pork to the menu, including ribs, bacon and pork belly which is extremely high in fat soluble nutrition. We'll also be experimenting with seafoods.

Week 4

Week 4 is very similar to week 3. We'll be adding in more poultry and seafood provided that went well in the previous week. We'll also experiment with dairy, starting with hard cheeses throughout the week.

Relaxed Carnivore Meal Plan

The relaxed carnivore meal plan is 90% carnivore and is ideal for you if you don't have any known autoimmune issues but you just don't feel right. Maybe you suffer from unstable energy levels or are prone to mood swings. The 90% carnivore meal plan is designed to get you back on the straight and narrow but without the need for such a strict protocol.

Week 1

Week 1 carries on from where week 4 of the 100% strict carnivore diet meal plan leaves off. You'll have access to all animal food types and will be adding in some herbs and spices for flavour.

Week 2

For week 2 we continue to keep the focus on all animal foods with the exception of herbs and spices. You can expect falvourful dishes and even a dessert or two.

Keto-Carnivore Carnivore Meal Plan

Keto- carnivore is 80-90% animal based and where most followers of the carnivore diet end up. After autoimmune issues are fixed, ideal body weights are achieved and the body is fully adjusted to a carnivore way of life, it's time to add in some select plant foods that are low in anti nutrients and problem causing chemicals like lectins and protease inhibitors.

Week 1

For week 1 we'll be working with mostly animal foods and trying to get more creative with the recipes. We'll also be including some select plant foods specifically for flavour.

Week 2

In week 2 we'll see the addition of some fruits. But not the sweet kind. Fruits are designed to be eaten. Nature wants you to eat them, so they tend to have less anti nutrients than other plant foods.
