How Long Does it Take to see results on the carnivore diet?

Most people generally see great results on the carnivore diet within 30 days. During this time, many things happen to the body that cause a multitude of side effects:

Day 1-3 results on the carnivore diet:
Within the first few days, you'll notice that you don't feel as good as you might have hoped for due to lower blood sugar and how ineffecient your body is at producing and utilising ketones for fuel.

Day 2-5 results on the carnivore diet:
Keto flu will likely be in full swing. You'll feel fatigued, dehydrated and will likely get brain fog. This is normal and will pass.

Day 3-7 results on the carnivore diet:
Your body begins to drop excess water that in no longer needs to metabolise carbohydrate. Carbo = Carbon, Hydrate = Water. With no carbohydrates in your system, your body dumps excess water retention.

Day 6-9 results on the carnivore diet:
This is when you can expect to see some of the most benefits on the carnivore diet. Real fat loss begins and you'll notice you start to feel better.

Day 7-17 results on the carnivore diet:
Decreased hunger and increased mental clarity kick in as your body learns how to use ketones for fuel in place of carbohydrates.

Day 8-18 results on the carnivore diet:
As your hunger goes down, so does your waistline. You'll notice some rapid fat loss as your body uses fat for fuel while in a calorie deficit.

Day 15 onwards:
There's in increase in daily energy and focus as your body adapts to the new internal environment. Your liver is now making much of the glucose it needs each day.

Day 19-26 results on the carnivore diet:
Sometime around 3 weeks, most people tend to see a slight decrease in the rate at which they lose excess fat. This is due to the body lowering its metabolism in response to a calorie deficit.

Day 30 onwards:
Around day 30, you'll feel as though you have mucj more control over your diet, your appetite and your cravings. You decide when you want to eat as opposed to your body deciding for you and you'll continue to see consistent results.

4 months of carnivore diet and workout. In the beginning, I was very sceptical about this diet. But after 2 weeks I was seeing some good changes.

I have been carnivore a little over a year. Just some encouragement for anyone needing it. I started at 388 lbs eat 100% carnivore never cheated didnt lose any weight the 1st month. I felt so great I didn't change a thing. But at 11 months I was down 180 lbs. Dont give up. you can do it.
