Meet Your Coach

My name is Dan and I've been on the carnivore diet since 2018 due to a 10 year struggle with chronic IBS, fatigue and muscle wasting.

I've also been a personal trainer since 2010, helping hundreds of clients reach their goals with my unique approach to fitness.

With this approach, I've been able to accomplish some amazing results for my clients using well thought out training programs that don't leave you dying at the end of every workout.

Here's what I've been able to accomplish personally as a 74kg 37 year old:
  • 1RM Squat: 170kg (375lb)
  • 1RM Deadlift: 210kg (460lb)
  • 1RM Bench Press: 130kg (285lb)
  • 1RM Overhead press: 90kg (200lb)
  • Max Pull Ups (1 Set): 28
  • Max Press Ups (1 Set): 85
  • 5k Run Time: 18:53
  • Murph (Partitioned): 28:48
