- 6 cups of carnivore beef broth, home made is best
- 1 pound top sirloin, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 12 soft boiled eggs

If you’re using an Instant Pot:
- Pour the carnivore beef broth in a 6-quart Instant Pot.
- Add the meat, fish sauce and salt.
- Seal and press manual for 20 minutes or until meat is tender enough to be pulled apart with forks, and shred the meat.
- Serve soup in bowl and add a soft boiled egg if desired.
If you’re using a slow cooker:
- Pour the carnivore beef broth in a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Add the meat, fish sauce and salt.
- Cover and cook over low heat for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender enough to be pulled apart with forks, and shred the meat.
- Serve soup in bowl and add a soft boiled egg if desired.
How to store leftovers:
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to a month.
- To reheat, place into stock pot over medium heat while stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until heated through.
