Crustless Cheesecake Fat Bomb

Picture

Nutrition

  • Calories: 350 per serving
  • Protein: 8g per serving
  • Fat: 40g per serving
  • Carbs: 4g per serving

Ingredients

  • 400g cream cheese
  • 200g grass fed butter
  • 80ml heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp erythritol (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Directions

This is one of the easiest and most nutritious no cook carnivore dessert recipes you'll find. The grass fed butter in particular, is packed with nutrients and the cream cheese makes it the easiest way to increase fat consumption on the carnivore diet.

If you're a bit more relaxed carnivore, consider topping with properly prepared coconut or almond slices for a bit of crunch.
  1. Take the cream cheese and grass fed butter out of the fridge a few hours before you intend to make this dessert so they can soften.
  2. Put the cream cheese, butter and cream into a mixing bowl and mix until soft and creamy.
  3. Add the vanilla extract and eryhtritol.
  4. Mix one more time.
  5. Serve into single portions.
  6. Cover and put it in the fridge to set a little.
  7. Eat for dessert or when you need some extra fat!

Aren't these calories off? According to the nutrition there's 360 calories of fat alone.

Ran this through a nutrition calculator and it came out to 3302 calories for the whole recipe and since it doesn't give a number of servings per recipe(that I could find), I'd divide it by 10 to get 330 calories per serving and only 3.4g fat and 2.8g carbs. Saw a similar recipe that used more cream and no butter and they call it 18 servings

Here is the calc used

Should state nugget of servings!
Have to decide on my own serving size and calculate fat and protein.
