INGREDIENTS
- 4 cod fillets
- 4 slices of thick cut bacon
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted butter or lard
DESCRIPTION
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Lay out the cod fillet on a clean cutting board and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Brush melted butter or lard all over each piece of cod.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Wrap each fillet with one slice of bacon.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
